DIY: Wind triggered blinking garden light
I have a thing for feathers, always have. For the next step you need needle and thread, and a feather. You could also cut out a long piece of paper or (god forbid) plastic. It would work just as well. As long the wind has something to grab on to.
Write something really deep on the paper, like "Satori" or … "Paris Hilton".
