I’m taking a look at the excellent last.fm service. I think the interface is needlessly messy, but there are a lot of cool addons and takeaway features to feast on, as well as a really good webradio.
I usually listen to unsigned music and podcasts, but as webradios go, last.fm delivers the goods. And it’s even legal, the faq says they pay licence fees and everything, I can dream to imagine how the economics of that site works, they can’t possibly finance it all by Google adsense and Amazon-links!? Anyways, it’s a site to keep your eyes on in the vein of flickr and del.icio.us, it uses the best of web 2.0 philosopy.
